Troubleshooting
If you are unable to print after changing your password, open the Windows Credential Manager and review any password profiles which include "uidaho" in the name or description, particularly "sts.uidaho.edu" or "print.uidaho.edu". If the date that the password was set is too old, or if you show the password and see that it is incorrect, then use the "Edit" option to update the password for these profiles.
Note: Leaving an old password in these profiles can cause your account password to lock out temporarily, preventing access to university computers and web services.
