Storage Issues

ITS provide general support for its support solutions. Common request include:

  • File recovery from both the S: and U: drives.
  • Locate hidden files
  • Had access but no longer

Make sure to provide the file storage location (SharePoint Storage Site or on-premise) and path to the storage location you need assistance with.
