Overview
If you want to stop receiving mail from a particular sender, you can add the address to your personal "Blocked Senders List" to prevent future messages. It is also possible to add email addresses to a "Safe Senders List".
The Spam Quarantine web application can be opened with the web address https://quarantine.uidaho.edu/
The Spam Quarantine web application can be opened with the web address https://quarantine.uidaho.edu/ or it can be started from the Microsoft 365 App Launcher.
App Launcher Instructions
Click on the top left waffle menu from within any Microsoft 365 web application. This example is using Outlook web at https://mail.uidaho.edu/.
The select "Explore all your Apps" to view all available applications.
The "Spam Quarantine" app should be displayed under "My Apps" or it can be found by searching for "quarantine" in the top Search box.
In the Spam Quarantine web application, click Lists in the lower left corner.
Click "Blocked Senders List" on the left hand side and click "New".
Enter the email address you want to block and click "Save".
In the Spam Quarantine web application, click Lists in the lower left corner.
Click "Safe Senders List" on the left hand side and click "New".
Enter the email address you want to add and click "Save".
