Qualtrics is an online data collection tool licensed by the university for use in academic-related research and administrative projects. Qualtrics allows users to create and administer surveys and web forms, and provides quantitative statistical analysis on the collected data.
You have to obtain access first in order to log in and use Qualtrics. Here is how to activate your Qualtrics account:
Login to Qualtrics
Go to https://surveys.uidaho.edu/. You should see this sign in page. Sign in here with your University email address and password.


Sign up for an Account
You should get to this page after you sign in. Click on the option that says No, I don't have a preexisting account here.

Click on the Sign in button on the next screen. Then accept the Terms of Service by clicking I accept.
Qualtrics can be found at http://surveys.uidaho.edu/. Sign-in with SSO to begin creating surveys and web forms.
