Phones

The Cisco 7841 will work for most situations. However, some users such as directors or others who may use the phone extensively, may require special features such as additional lines on the phone, Bluetooth, or video calling. When selecting a phone, please select the model which fits your job requirements and is the best use of University funds. While departments are not billed each month for phone service, the University still pays for each device.

Headsets

If your phone has bluetooth, we suggest the Plantronics Voyager headset. Click here to view this model on Amazon.

If your phone does not have bluetooth (the 7841 or another non-Cisco phone), we don't recommend any particular model. We encourage you to shop around and find a model that you like and that fits your department's budget.
