File Recovery

Files and email stored on OneDrive, SharePoint Online, the S: Drive and Exchange Online mailboxes can be restored by the user without assistance from IT support. If you are unable to self-recover cloud, or on-premises files, we can provide assistance. Make sure to provide information on when you last accessed the files, the name of the files, type of files, and their last known location when you submit your request using the Request Service button to the right.
