Where do students go for technical help?

The Student Technology Center (STC) is a student-focused service space dedicated to supporting technology needs such as Duo authentication, WiFi issues, laptop rental programs, vandal account maintenance (such as passwords resets) and Alumni migrations. Students can continue to access technical support by the following methods:

 Walk-in service is available at:

  • Student Technology Center (TLC 128)
    • VandalCard services located in STC
    • Hours (Monday through Friday):
      • Academic semesters: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
      • Summer hours: 7:30 pm - 4:30 pm
  • Library (First Floor)
    • Hours (Monday through Friday)
      • Weekdays: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
      • Weekends: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Living Learning Community Front Desk
    • After hours service; VandalCard, Duo, WiFi issues
    • Hours: (Monday through Friday)
      • Weekends: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
      • Weekdays 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
