Use this guide to submit a TDX ticket (Incident or Service Request) with the Enterprise Applications Application Administration or Development and Integration teams.
Incident
An unplanned event that disrupts or reduces the quality of a service (or your ability to get your work done) and requires an immediate response. Example: “The website is down!" or "something is not working correctly”
Service Request
A formal user request for something new to be provided. Example: “I need a new user created”

The Enterprise Applications team has a variety of Services available. Please review the questions on the form and make selections to match your request as closely as possible.
