Summary and Definition of Terms

Use this guide to submit a TDX ticket (Incident or Service Request) with the Enterprise Applications Application Administration or Development and Integration teams.


An unplanned event that disrupts or reduces the quality of a service (or your ability to get your work done) and requires an emergency response. Example: “The website is down!" or "something is not working correctly”

Service Request

A formal user request for something new to be provided. Example: “I need a new data integration, or I need a new user created”

The Enterprise Applications Administration team has a variety of Services available. Please choose from the following options:

  • Ask a Question about an Administrative Application
    • I need to request help or ask a question about an Administrative Application
    • Use this to open a general Service Request for the following Applications
      • Banner (Both Banner INB and Vandalweb)
      • Argos/Evisions
      • Marketplace/Touchnet
      • Oracle Imaging
      • CS Gold
      • FAMIS
      • CRM Advance
      • And many other smaller departmental Applications.
  • Request Application Access
    • I need access to an Administrative Application (i.e. Marketplace/Touchnet, Argos/Evisions, Oracle Imaging, CS Gold, etc.)
  • TeamDynamix Application Support Requests
    • University supported Enterprise Service Management and Portfolio and Project Management application.
  • Request New Marketplace Store
    • Marketplace / TouchNet is the University of Idaho's Ecommerce platform. All staff members are welcome to sell products using Marketplace.
  • Mobile App Registration
    • Registration and ongoing administration of mobile apps.
  • Not Seeing What You're Looking For?
    • Choose this if you have an Administrative Application concern not listed above.
