Why are some countries blocked?
The below list of countries and country codes are blocked by our VoIP vendor. The countries have been blocked due to a signficant volume of known fraudulent call behavior. Callers in these countries will not be able to dial into, or receive calls from any UI VoIP phone service.
Unblocking a country
It is possible to unblock a specific phone number, but only for a maximum of one week. If you are expecting or planning a call with a specific individual in one of these countries, please submit the request to your TSP, including the full international number, the reason for the request, and the timeframe you need the number unblocked.
