Overview:
This article is on locating and turning on off the settings that enable recording the Active speaker, Gallery view, and Shared screen separately instead of together as one combined video.
- Go to uidaho.zoom.us

Go To uidaho.zoom.us
Go to uidaho.zoom.us and sign in to account management.
Settings Tab
Navigate to the Settings tab on the left.
Recording Settings
Then click on the recording tab and scroll down a bit
Turn On and Off What You Want/Need
A - Select What elements you want to have recorded separately.
B - Then make sure to save your selections using the save button at the bottom of the cloud recording section.
Accessing Recordings
To Access your recordings you will need to go to uidaho.zoom.us and then sign in as before, but this time we will go to the Recordings & Transcripts Tab On the right. This will bring you to all your cloud recordings by default but you can also access your recordings done on your computer in the approprietly named Computer Recordings tab. But as recordings made in zoom meetings are considered cloud recordings they will be in the Cloud Recordings tab.
