Project Management Tools

There are a few options available for managing projects available at the university that are no cost to you.  Options are varied depending on your skills and the needs of your project. These include a variety of products from Microsoft as well as TeamDynamix. There are other PM tools used at the University for specific project management cases that are not listed here.

When working in any project and collaboration management tool, it is important to handle data responsibly, avoiding storage or sharing of sensitive information unless the tool is specifically approved for that data type classification, limiting external access to only what is necessary, and avoiding unreviewed, third-party integrations or exports. If you are unsure whether a tool, work flow integration, or data type is approved, contact OIT  by submitting a ticket.
