By default, Outlook overrides your default browser setting and opens hyperlinks in Microsoft Edge. This guide will show you how to change this setting within the Outlook Desktop application.

Change where Outlook opens hyperlinks:
Step 1: Click File
Click the file tab at the top left of Outlook.
Step 2: Click Options
Click Options at the bottom left and it will open a new window.
Step 03: Change the setting
Navigate to the Advanced tab on the left side of the new window, then look for the File and browser preferences section. Here you can change where hyperlinks open.
