Overview
Some online games will not work and may display an error message about NAT issues.
Solution
A different type of NAT is needed through the Campus Firewall. This solution is only available for wireless devices that are connecting to AirVandalGuest.
Please fill out this form and check the box that says “My gaming device reports a Network Address Translation (NAT) error” for each wireless device that needs this solution. You will need a U of I login and the wireless MAC address for the affected device. Instructions to find the wireless MAC address can be found here.
