The Mindfulness card provides access to resources and activities designed to promote mental clarity, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being. It offers both live and on-demand meditation opportunities that can fit into diverse schedules, making mindfulness practice accessible to students, faculty, and staff.

  • Guided Meditation (Live Session)
    • Every Wednesday at 12:00 PM PT during the academic school year.
    • Live, instructor-led meditation session that guides participants through breathing techniques, relaxation strategies, and mindfulness exercises.
    • Helps attendees pause in the middle of the week to reset, re-center, and boost focus.
  • Recorded Meditations (On Demand)
    • Available via SoundCloud.
    • Users can listen to pre-recorded mindfulness and meditation sessions anytime, from any device.
    • Offers flexibility for those who cannot attend live sessions or who prefer to practice at their own pace.

  • Open to all University of Idaho students, faculty, and staff—no registration or prior experience required.
