How to connect Sony Smart TV to AirVandalGuest?

This is only a rough guess, there’s varying information on steps for finding the MAC Address

1. Find your MAC Address
   1. Click the “Home” button on your remote
   2. Select “Settings”
   3. Select “Network Setup”
   4. Select “View Network Status”
   5.  

It should look something like this:

1. Make sure you copy down the Wireless MAC Address!

2. Go to https://help.uidaho.edu
   1. Sign in using the first part of your Vandal Email, also known as your NetID 

2. Using the menu on the left, scroll down to “Wireless Registration” 
3. Fill out the form using the MAC Address from Step 1 

4. Wait about 10 minutes 
   1. It takes some time for the system to confirm your information and add it to the network’s device-list 

3. Connect your TV to “AirVandalGuest” 
   1. Press “Return” on your remote
   2. Select “Wireless Setup”
   3. Select “Scan”
   4. In the list, select “AirVandalGuest” 
      1. Your TV will not be able to connect to “AirVandalHome” 
   5. The password is “GoVandals!”, without the quotes
