Overview
There are multiple methods to sign-in to your Zoom account using your @uidaho.edu or @vandals.uidaho.edu credentials.
Note: You do not have a UI Zoom account until you sign-in to Zoom for the first time using your UI credentials.
Application Sign-in
If you have accessed the Zoom application before, you may be automatically signed in under your account.
To sign-in directly to the Zoom application open the Zoom application. Click "Sign In." Click on "Sign in with SSO"
You will then be prompted to enter a domain. Enter "uidaho" into the field. Leave "open in default browser" deselected to stay in the app, and press continue.

To complete the sign-in process fill out your full email address and follow the prompts to sign in and authenticate to Duo using your UI credentials (as if accessing MyUI). If you are already authenticated to the device you may automatically skip this step.

At this point you will be authenticated to the Zoom application. Using the Zoom Workplace home screen, you can click "Join" at the center of the screen to join a meeting

Enter the meeting ID and your name, choose if you want your audio and video to be turned off, and click join to join your meeting.

Web Sign-in
The web sign-in for Zoom is good for initially setting up your account and for managing meetings and settings.
Go to https://zoom.uidaho.edu and press "Sign in."

From there you will be prompted to sign-in with your UI credentials (which are the same credentials you use to log into MyUI or Canvas). Enter your full email address and follow the prompts to sign in and authenticate to Duo.

After authenticating you can join a meeting by clicking on the "JOIN A MEETING" link in the upper right and then entering the Zoom meeting ID. (Note: If you have a link for a meeting the last 11 digit number on the link is usually the meeting ID.)

You will then be prompted to open the Zoom application by your browser. Click on "Open Zoom Meetings" to open the Zoom application and join the meeting.
