Windows
This article covers how to sync a device's policies and state with Intune. Syncing downloads the latest policies and checks compliance status with Intune You may need to sync manually if your device is having issues automatically syncing or if you want to sync before the next automated sync.
Process
Step 1
Open the Windows Settings application and click Accounts.
Step 2
Click "Access Work or School" on the left hand menu. Click "Connected to AD AD domain" to reveal additional menu items and then click "Info".
Step 3
Scroll down the page until you find the Sync button. Click it to sync with Intune.
