How often are finalized documents sent to Document Imaging (Stellent)?
Completed documents are sent to Stellent every night, at around 10:00p.m. This process occurs 365 days per year to allow for contracts to be generated mid-year. If there are no completed documents awaiting the push to Stellent, no transfer file will be generated. ITS does not "turn off" the transfer process, nor does anything need to be done to enable it in preparation for contract renewal season. Of course, if you are expecting documents to be pushed to Stellent and they don't transfer overnight, you can always report an incident to let us know.
