How to view my IT tickets

Tickets can be directly viewed through our ticketing system by following these steps. Viewing tickets through our online portal makes it easier for users to check the status of their active tickets or review past completed tickets.

Step 1

Navigate to

Click on Information Technology


Step 2

Click on My tickets


Step 3 View your tickets

Here you will be able to view your current tickets.

By changing the 'Status Class' filter, previous closed tickets can be searched

The "Include requests that I am listed as a contact on" will show tickets where you are a contact on but not the requestor
