Adobe Acrobat Sign-in

Note: This article only applies to the perpetual, device-based licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

The following knowledge base article covers the process for signing into Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. In the past, this application has not required a user to login, but with Adobe's most recent updates, this is sometimes required. If the software ever prompts for a serial number, please contact your Local Support personnel and they will work to resolve the issue.

If you attempt to open Adobe Acrobat and a screen prompting you to sign in appears, select sign in and follow the steps listed below.
