Adobe Acrobat Sign-in

Note: This article only applies to the perpetual, device-based licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

The following knowledge base article covers the process for signing into Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. In the past, this application has not required a user to login, but with Adobe's most recent updates, this is sometimes required. If the software ever prompts for a serial number, please contact your Local Support personnel and they will work to resolve the issue.


If you attempt to open Adobe Acrobat and a screen prompting you to sign in appears, select sign in and follow the steps listed below.

If your screen prompt gives you the option to sign in with an Enterprise ID select that option and then proceed with the steps below. If you do not see this prompt then follow the steps below.

1. Enter your full University email address and click Comtinue

You will be redirected to the University's Single Sign-on page 

2. Enter your university ID and password

Click Sign In

3.The Duo multi-factor authentication screen will load. Select your preferred MFA method.

4. You will now be signed in to Adobe Acrobat 

If the above steps do not work or if you have any questions, please create a service request with your Local Support personal and they will work with you to resolve it.
