This article aims to help you navigate the interface provided for using a Zoom room from an iPad.

Zoom Room Console on iPad:

Basic View

• Side Menu
  • Meet Now - Start a meeting with no attendees.
  • Meeting List - See a list of upcoming meetings.
  • Join - Join a meeting with a meeting ID.
  • Presentation - Present external content from a PC.
  • Phone - Currently unused.
  • Settings - Currently unused.
• Search Bar - Invite other Zoom rooms and users.

In Call View

• Top Banner
  • Meeting ID - Your meeting ID number.
• Central Controls
  • Camera Control - Access to camera controls.
  • Manage Participants - Add, move, mute, etc.
  • Start Recording - Record meeting
