Phone Service Request

Description:

This service is to request new, additional, or changes to existing voice and phone services. It includes requests for addition numbers, move of phone number to another individual, disconnect a phone number, create auto-attendants or call queues, or any other phone services request. 

More information on the phone service can by found in the Collaboration and Communication Standards.

Applies to:

Any department/unit currently served by OIT-managed telephone services, having a Cisco telephone or Teams Voice phone number.

Service Includes:

  • Microsoft Teams Voice
  • Fax Machine
  • Analog Lines (POTS)

Service does not include:

Non OIT-managed phone services.
