The University of Idaho's Sprint Process (SDLC) provides a transparent, collaborative approach for planning, prioritizing, developing, and delivering technology solutions through two-week sprint cycles. Work is captured and managed in Azure DevOps, refined with stakeholders, prioritized through the backlog and weekly Meta Scrum discussions, and delivered through regular sprint reviews where stakeholders can see progress and provide feedback.
