Change Browsers

The easiest work-around is to use a different browser for the time being. The most common browsers for Macintosh and Windows are Firefox and Chrome. Macintosh also has Safari, and Windows has Edge and Internet Explorer.

Open in Private Mode

The second easiest work-around is to open your browsers Private Mode. This will allow the browser to operate without any of the current cookies. The biggest downside of this option is that you will have to authenticate with DUO every time that you use this method.

To use Private Mode with Firefox, Cntl+Shift+P (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+P (Macintosh)Screenshot of a Firefox browser in private browsing mode.

To use Private Mode with Chrome, Cntl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Macintosh)

Clear Cache and Cookies

The last option that you should do is clear cache and cookies on your browser. The biggest downside is some data that helps your browser run faster will be deleted, and if you have ever clicked a remember me, that will go away as well.
