Microsoft 365 Storage Cleanup

Overview

Microsoft has changed how it charges for cloud storage, including where our institutional email, OneDrive, SharePoint and other data are stored. This change could cost the university hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. By reviewing Microsoft 365 Storage Locations, we can better manage storage costs, remove obsolete data, and continue to have compliant services with minimal to no impact on customers.
