HR Exempt Salary Agreement

Overview

The HR Exempt Salary Agreement is used to reappoint Exempt Staff on an annual basis.

This form is available to All University of Idaho Employees, but will only work for eligible Exempt Staff.

Form

  • Required autopopulated fields include:
    • Name
    • V#
    • Position Class
    • FTE
    • College/Unit
    • Department
    • Job Title
    • Total Salary
    • Submission Date
  • Contract will also display (if applicable)
    • Appointment Contingencies for 1 or more appointments
  • Radial Button
    • Approve Contract
      • Name
      • Date
    • Decline Contract
      • Explanation of why the form is being declined.

Workflow

The Approval Workflow Consists of the following steps:

  • If form is approved, it is filed to content and Staff member is provided an email notification with link to download completed form as a pdf
  • If declined, form is sent to Human Resources for review
    • Form can be returned to Staff member for approval
    • Form can be cancelled, and a manual form can be generated with correct information

 

Document Storage

The final document is stored in Etrieve Content.
