PROV Manual Faculty Salary Agreement

Overview

The Provost Manual Faculty Salary Agreement is used to reappoint faculty members on an annual basis

This form is only available to the Provost Office to be used in special circumstances.

Workflow

The Approval Workflow Consists of the following steps:

  • The form is filled out and submitted by the Provost Office, with the bottom section blank
  • Form sent to employee for review
  • If form is approved, it is filed to content and Faculty member is provided an email notification with link to download completed form as a pdf
  • If declined, form is sent to Provost Office for review
    • Form can be returned to Faculty member for approval
    • Form can be cancelled, and a manual form can be generated with correct information

 

Document Storage

The final document is stored in Etrieve Content.
