Restarting Gate Counter Bibliotecha Smartadmin client
Occasionally the staffconnect gate software breaks on the computer and the Bibliotheca software needs to be restarted.
Step 1.
Search "Services" in the taskbar at the bottom. It should be the first thing that pops up. Click on it to open it.
Step 2.
Scroll down to find "Bibliotheca smartadmin client". Select it to highlight it.
Step 3.
On the left, you will see "Restart the Service" listed. Click on Restart to restart the service.
Step 4.
Restart the computer.
