Overview
The Accounts Receivable Senior Scholar Registration Permit is used by Idaho residents 60 years of age and older to enroll in courses for a reduced fee.
This form is available to All University of Idaho Students.

Instructions for filling out form
- Required fields:
- Date of Birth
- Semester Selection
- Note: You must be registered for classes in order to use this form
- Registered classes should appear in the form after you have selected a semester.

Workflow
The Approval Workflow Consists of the following steps:
- Form is submitted by the student, submitter notified it was received
- Form routed to AR Student Workers
- On approval, form routed to AR Staff
- Student notified that form has been processed and approved
- On denial, by Student or Student Accounts office
- Student notified that the form has been denied.
- On both approval and denial, the final document is stored in Etrieve Content.
