AR Registration Late Fee Waiver Request

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Registration Late Fee Waiver Request is used by University of Idaho Students to request a late fee waiver due to extenuating circumstances.

This electronic form is available to All University of Idaho Students.  It is available on this page at the bottom under the "Additional Information" section.

Workflow

The Approval Workflow Consists of the following steps:

  • Form is submitted by the student, submitter notified it was received
  • Form routed to AR Student Workers
  • On approval, form routed to AR Staff
    • Student notified that form has been processed and approved
  • On denial, by Student or Student Accounts office
    • Student notified that the form has been denied.
  • On both approval and denial, the final document is stored in Etrieve Content.
