The Cisco Secure Client uses SAML SSO for authentication, which prompts a browser to open. After logging in, the browser window should close and you should be connected to the VPN. However, some Android devices may see the below error:
"This site can't be reached. localhost refused to connect"

This can be fixed by clearing the cache of your default browser. After clearing browser cache, try connecting to the VPN again.
To see default browser on Android:
- On your Android device, open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Under “General,” tap Default apps or Choose default apps.
