Overview
Users may experience an error when using Duo push on iOS, that states "Error: Something unexpected happened. Please contact your helpdesk. NSURLErrorDomain -1200".
Resolve NSURLErrorDomain error
This can happen if the iOS device is connected to AirVandal Guest. This can be resolved in two ways:
- Connect the device to a wireless network that has full Internet access, such as Eduroam or AirVandal Gold
- Use the "Enter a Passcode" feature at the Duo prompt in the application
