Assigning Scheduling Privileges in Zoom

This knowledge base article explains how to assign scheduling privileges to those who need to schedule meetings on your behalf.

Assigning Scheduling Privileges

  1. Sign into your Zoom account at https://zoom.uidaho.edu.
  2. Click on Settings in the left-hand column.
  3. Click on Other in the sub-menus to the right of Settings.   Picture of Settings sub menu
  4. Under Scheduling Privilege, click Add.  This is an image that demonstrates how to add a schedule privilege.
  5. Enter the email address for the person you want to have access to schedule meetings on your behalf.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Note that you can see if anyone has assigned you scheduling privileges here as well.

Scheduling Meetings for Other Accounts

  1. Sign into your Zoom account at https://zoom.uidaho.edu.
  2. Go to Meetings
  3. If scheduling privileges have been assigned to you a drop down menu will be available to select an other account.This is an image demonstrating how to select an account.
  4. You should now be able to schedule and edit meetings for the other person.
