On Vandalweb EPAF processing, we have the following customizations to the Banner-delivered process (NOTE: there may be some overlap between what we check and what the vendor code would normally check later in the process):
* Personal Information - these fields cannot be blank (a value of "not provided" or "no information" is fine)
- SSN
- Birthdate
- Ethnicity
- Legal Sex
- Citizenship
* Job information
- Employee must have both W2 and HR address in Banner
- Employee must be E-verified
- If there is a break in service (and I-9 is too old) or the I-9 is expired, an error is provided
