Replacing a Lost Vandal Card

1. (optional) Deactivate the Lost Card 

This step will prevent the card from being used by others.

  1. Log in to MyUI
  2. From the Personal Tab go to Vandal Card
  3. Select your card and click Deactivate
  4. Press Go ahead, deactivate my card

 

2. Pay the Lost Card Fee

3. Request a Replacement Card

Request A Vandal Card

 

4. Card Pick Up

Once the request has been submitted, a technician will notify you as soon as the replacement card is ready. Cards can be picked up from the Student Technology Center, located in the Teaching and Learning Center, room 128.
