Hi, Josh!
The University of Idaho has a non-centralized scheduling system, so it depends on what a given user wants to request.
All of the large event spaces are reserved through 25Live forms that are embedded on https://auxiliaries.uidaho.edu/SpaceReservations/Default.aspx, but classrooms for credit-bearing courses are scheduled through the departments using CourseLeaf CLSS (Class). These feed into Banner and are fed into 25Live through its Lynx software. (I believe some requests for DFA locations still come in through TDX and are entered into 25Live by hand.)
Recognized student groups (not individual students) and all faculty and staff can reserve classroom space for non-credit events through classroom scheduling: https://www.uidaho.edu/registrar/faculty/scheduling/classroom-request
And most units have departmental classrooms & labs as well as conference rooms and student spaces in 25Live. These are often only reservable through that department’s admin, but a few have embedded calendars or webforms. University Communications and Marketing uses embedded webforms to allow marketing material rentals – including Joe Vandal. A couple units use 25Live to manage their motor pool.
