This article aims to help detail the pieces included in the Portable Aver Unit.

Equipment:

The Portable Aver Unit contains the following:

  • 1 Speakerphone
  • 1 Camera
  • 1 Power Adaptor
  • 1 USB Cable
  • 1 Speakerphone Cable

How to Connect the Components:

Step 1:

Use the speakerphone cable to connect the camera and speakerphone (refer to diagram below).

Step 2:

Use USB cable to connect to your laptop/PC (refer to diagram below).

Step 3:

Connect the power to the camera and camera head will rotate, and the camera power indicator will light up.

Step 4:

(Optional) Install Aver PTZApp on laptop/PC that is connected with VC520+.  The app can be used to adjust and setup the parameters of the camera (refer to section of Aver PTZApp).

Step 5:

To make a call, run the Zoom app and  select VC520+ as your video and audio device.
