Export Orders to Excel

Below you'll find help on how to export your order data to Excel. This requires Store Manager or Store Accountant access.

View Orders

  1. Login to TouchNet https://secure.touchnet.net/central/
  2. Under Applications, select Marketplace.
  3. Expand your Store.
  4. Click Order Search.
  5. Click the Calendar icons next to Order Date to set "From" and "To" dates.
  6. Press Run Search.
  7. This will display the orders that occurred at that time.
  8. Click the Order ID number to get details on the order.

Run Report to Export Orders to Excel

  1. Login to TouchNet https://secure.touchnet.net/central/
  2. Under Applications, select Marketplace.
  3. At the bottom of the left menu, click Marketplace Reports.
  4. Click on Stores.
  5. Click on your Store name.
  6. Click By Product.
  7. Change the Date Range (press Calendar Icon > select date > Press "DONE")
  8. Press the View button to run the report.
  9. Under Product Name, click on the appropriate product to access the sales for that product.
  10. Click the Export to CSV button.
  11. Save the CSV file somewhere you'll remember.
  12. Open the CSV file in Excel.
