This form is for:
- Students in the College of Engineering to submit a reimbursement - If this reimbursement is for an expense incurred while acting in a student employee capacity, please fill out the Employee Reimbursement form.
- Employees who are requesting awards/scholarships be processed for student
- Employees requesting emergency funding for students
**Specific for Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam Reimbursement:
- Students may request a $50 reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred for payment of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Additionally, students may request an additional $100 stipend when they take the FE Exam.
- You will be required to upload a pdf of the receipt you received from NCEES. A qualifying receipt is not the email from NCEES, rather it is a file in your NCEES account showing the amount you paid to register.
- To receive the stipend for taking the exam, you will need to submit your score report.
