You are requesting a service from the Maintenance Team at the Coeur d'Alene Center (The Harbor Center [HC], DeArmond Building, Hedlund Building, or UI Research Park [UIRP]). We provide building and grounds service for faculty, staff, and students of the University of Idaho in Coeur d'Alene and tenants of the U of I in the HC and UIRP. Services than are provided and can be requested through this portal are: help with moving, building and grounds repairs, improvements to the facilities, key requests, etc. If your request needs to be completed by a specific date please use the due date box. If this is a time sensative request i.e. when you are not in/are in your office, a specific time of day that would be better, you don't need it done by a certain date but would like it to be, then please include these specifics in the service description. The Maintenance Team will make every effort to respond to your request in a timely manner, however we will add your request to the existing pile of services and prioritize it accordingly. Please make make an effort to describe your request in detail. The Maintenance Team is not familiar with all aspects of the areas we serve, so it will be helpful to have a good description. Photos of what is being requested are always helpful. If yo can include one or more photos in your request please do so.
