Administrative Operations is responsible for maintenance and activity conversions for the U of I's Multi-use Facilities. Our primary buildings are:
- ASUI – Kibbie Activity Center
- Bruce Pitman Center
- Idaho Student Union (ISUB – formerly Idaho Commons)
- ICCU Arena
- Teaching and Learning Center (TLC)
If you have a problem with a facility not listed above, please contact our friends at campus Facilities Management (facilities@uidaho.edu)
If you have a custodial concern in one our buildings, you can use this form. If it is an issue that needs immediate attention, please feel free to notify one of our friendly student attendants stationed in each of our buildings at the front information desk.
Once your request is submitted, we will evaluate the request to make sure it is not a safety issue requiring immediate attention. Once that is determined we will address it as quickly as possible. During certain busy times of the year, it can take a few days for us to address individual requests. We appreciate your patience.
