General University Classrooms with touchpanels have the option to request assistance from campus security for urgent, but non-emergency situations. Pressing the button, on the left side of the panel, and then confirming the action, will send a message to campus security with your location so assistance can be dispatched as soon as possible. This feature is for non-emergency situations. As always, please call 911 in the case of an emergency.
When a security assistance request has been activated, the technical support options will be disabled for a period of time.
