KB article is intended primarily for those who are recording live class lectures and need to post them in CANVAS for later viewing.
Record Video in ZOOM
First, ensure that you have recorded your session in Zoom (see ZOOM help on recording). If you need help getting started with ZOOM, please review the UIDAHO support's ZOOM KB articles or submit a support request.
- Click More at the bottom of Zoom
- Click Record
- Select the Cloud or Computer recording destination
- Proceed with your meeting

Add CANVAS video recording to CANVAS
Students have VANDAL accounts:
ATTENTION: This option requires the user to have standard UIdaho authentication access (i.e., a VANDAL email account). Many Keep Learning students don't have this access. If you have non-matriculating Keep Learning students, use the option below instead.

Go to your CANVAS course, and edit the page were you need to add the Zoom recording, or add the link as a module item in your CANVAS course.
