How to request a Google account with an employee email address?

Body

Overview

The University of Idaho University Communications and Marketing (UCM) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) have worked with the Office of General Counsel to sign-up for an officially approved Google Workspace. While the service is not yet generally supported, if you have a need for applications in Google Workspace, contact your Technical Support Partner (TSP) so  your needs can be discussed and a solution identified. Click on the "Request Service" link to create a request for a Google Workspace account.

Reminder: Approved file storage locations are documented here: https://support.uidaho.edu/TDClient/40/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1670  Google Docs cannot be used to store any University of Idaho data.

Warning

It is no longer possible to enroll an @uidaho.edu account with Google via email. You must work with your local IT support team for access to Google services. Click on the "Request Service" link to create a support request.
