When you are prompted to sign-in to a Google service enter your full email address on the Google sign-in page and click "Next".
You will be automatically redirected to the University of Idaho sign-in page where you will need to enter your email address and password to fully sign-in.
After completing the sign-in process you will be redirected back to the Google service and you will be signed in.
The use of Google services must comply with all University of Idaho policies including data classification and retention.
Note: the first time you sign-in you will see a "Welcome to your new account" page which includes a privacy notice.
Each service may also prompt you to accept the Terms of Use for that specific service. In this example the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Terms of Use are displayed.
You may see the error "Couldn't find your Google Account". There is currently a migration planned for existing @uidaho.edu Google accounts to be added to the service. If you get this error please contact us for assistance creating your account. Do not use the "Create account" link on the sign-in page.
