Registering the device

In order to obtain wired internet access, your device will need to be registered with our network. This can be done by going to help.uidaho.edu/avsetup and filling out the form. Be sure to select the Wired device option. Once the device has been registered, it can take several minutes for the network to register the change. If you're still having trouble, you'll need to reach out to the STC and submit a ticket. Within the ticket, make sure to provide them with your MAC Address, the time you tried connecting, and the TIP information of the wall port you tried plugging into. TIP info will have the following information, example: 123 A 456B-01

Fill out the registration form at help.uidaho.edu/avsetup
