Setup
Access the Integrations Page
- Log in to your Documo portal
- Click on your initials in the top-right corner
- Select Integrations from the dropdown menu

Download the Application
- Locate the Print to Fax icon on the Integrations page
- Click More Info
- Click Download to begin downloading the installer
- Wait for the download to complete

Complete Authentication
- After the download completes, click Set up
- Click Authenticate
- Enter your Documo credentials or select "Log in through the portal"
- Complete the authentication process

Verify Installation
- Check your system tray for the Print to Fax icon
- Ensure the icon is visible before attempting to use the feature

How to use
Sending a Document as Fax
- Open the document you want to fax
- Click Print or use the keyboard shortcut (typically Ctrl+P or Cmd+P)
- In the printer selection dialog, choose Print to Fax from the list of available printers
- Click Print
- Wait for the fax modal to appear
- Enter the recipient information, fax number, and any additional details
- Click Send to transmit your fax

Troubleshooting Tips
- If the Print to Fax icon is not visible in your system tray, try restarting the application
- If the fax modal doesn't appear after selecting Print to Fax, wait at least 30 seconds before trying again
- For further assistance, contact Documo support
Remember: You only need to complete the initial setup process once. After setup, you can send faxes directly from any application with print functionality.
