Documo - Print to Fax

Setup

Access the Integrations Page

1. Log in to your Documo portal
2. Click on ToolBox Drop Down in the top-right corner
3. Select Integrations from the dropdown menu
   
    

Download the Application

1. Locate the Print to Fax icon on the Integrations page
2. Click More Info
3. Click Download to begin downloading the installer
4. Wait for the download to complete
   

Complete Authentication

1. After the download completes, click Set up
2. Click Authenticate
3. Enter your @uidaho.edu credentials to complete the process.
4. Complete the authentication process
   1. NOTE - Some web browsers (firefox or edge) may require you to have the Print to Fax application open to complete the authenticate process. To do this you will need to navigate to your system tray and click on the Documo Print to fax icon.

Verify Installation

1. Check your system tray for the Print to Fax icon
2. Ensure the icon is visible before attempting to use the feature
   

How to use

Sending a Document as Fax

1. Open the document you want to fax
2. Click Print or use the keyboard shortcut (typically Ctrl+P or Cmd+P)
3. In the printer selection dialog, choose Print to Fax from the list of available printers
4. Click Print
5. Wait for the fax modal to appear
6. Enter the recipient information, fax number,  and any additional details
7. Click Send to transmit your fax
   

Troubleshooting Tips

• If the Print to Fax icon is not visible in your system tray, try restarting the application
• If the fax modal doesn't appear after selecting Print to Fax, wait at least 30 seconds before trying again
• For further assistance, contact Documo support

Remember: You only need to complete the initial setup process once. After setup, you can send faxes directly from any application with print functionality.
