1) Set Up
Department or office printers can be purchased and set up by individual departments, but in order to have the printer joined to the UI network and allow workstations to network to the new printer, ITS must be involved in networking the printer. See our Guidelines for Printers for more information about this set up process, or contact your local TSP.
2) Connecting
If your department printer is set up, follow our tutorials to connect on your Apple or Windows computer to your office printer. Ask your department for the name and set-up information.
3) Troubleshooting
Create Printing ticket for assistance.
