Overview:

Sometimes the best solution to fix a network connection problem is to have your device forget the network and then connect to it again with a fresh slate. This tutorial will assist you in forgetting your machine or device to our wireless network; AirVandalGold.

Removing a Known Network on Windows 10:

Step 1:

  • On the Windows search bar type "Settings".
  • Click on "Settings"

Step 2:

  • After getting into the Windows Settings Click on "Network & Internet".

Step 3:

  • Click on "Wi-Fi" on the left of screen under Network & Connections.

  • Under Wi-Fi Click on the option "Manage Known Networks".

Step 5:

  • Click on "AirVandalGold" on the left of the screen under "Manage known Networks".

Step 6:

  • After clicking on AirVandalGold Click onto the option "Forget" and AirVandalGold will be removed from the known networks in the Wi-Fi list.

Removing a Known Network on Mac:

Step 1:

  • On the top of the screen Click on the "Wi-Fi" icon.

Step 2:

  • After clicking the wi-fi icon Click on the option "Open Network Preferences" in the dropdown list.

Step 3:

  • After getting in the Network options Click on "Advanced" on the right bottom of the window.

Step 4:

  • Once into the Advanced options follow these steps:
  1. Select AirVandalGold once its highlighted.
  2. Select "-" to remove AirVandalGold from the known networks
  3. Click "OK".

Step 5:

  • Click "Apply" to save the changes and AirVandalGold will be removed from the known networks.

Removing a Known Network on Android:

Step 1:

  • Drop down the Notification Center and Click on the "Settings" gear icon.

Step 2:

  • Click the option "Network & Internet".

Step 3:

  • After getting in the Saved Networks option Click on "AirVandalGold".

Step 4:

  • Click on "Forget" and AirVandaGold will be removed from the known networks.

Step 1:

  • On the home screen Click on "Settings".

  • Choose "Wi-Fi" under the Setting options.

  • Click the info icon "i" on the right end of AirVandalGold.

Step 4:

  • Click on "Forget This Network" and AirVandalGold will be removed from the known networks.
